October 2009: Stefan Jackiw’s season of debuts
24-year-old violinist Stefan Jackiw has already appeared with over a dozen top orchestras nationally and internationally, including the Boston Symphony, Chicago Symphony, New York Philharmonic and Cleveland Orchestra. This season he debuts with the orchestras of Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Cincinnati, Toronto, and on tour with the Russian National Orchestra.
September 27, 2009: Chamber music opens season
An avid chamber musician and recitalist, Stefan Jackiw played the season opening recital of the Harriman-Jewell Series in Kansas City and a pair of piano trio concerts in New York City in September.
